Well, it's been about 20 days since I last posted. I wish I could show you pictures with great progress. Unfortunately, the road less traveled proves to be a bit rougher than expected. We've had some hiccups with the plans, but as of Wednesday they are back in the hands of the city and we are patiently waiting for their approval. Please pray for Denny as he tries to balance our house, a deadline, and still try to provide some income. He has many irons in the fire right now. He's such a sport. He always has that mischievous smile regardless of what's going on.
On another topic. It's time to re-bid at my work for new shifts. By an act of God, a schedule that myself and another co-worker submitted, has won a super majority (2/3). Now the next prayer is that I will get a better schedule for the sake of my own sanity and Denny's (poor guy has to live with me). In all seriousness, our schedules have conflicted for the last 4 years and that is trying on a marriage. We are believing for a better schedule for both of us. One that will also allow me some time to help on the house.
We appreciate your prayers. I promise to keep you updated on all progress. Hang in there with us, it's about to get exciting!!!!

As progress occurs on our new home project, I'll be taking pictures to keep you all updated.
Below are some "BEFORE" pictures.........one mans trash.......another mans treasure.......nice!!!
- Some call this the garage! There is no front door. The door in the garage seems to be how other tenants entered.
- This is the driveway! Although, one can't really drive on it without scraping the bottom of your car, so it's mostly for looks! Pretty:)
- This shows most of the front yard. Lots of yard work to do!
- This is part of the backyard. Say bye, bye to the nice rotted shed!
- Looks sturdy to me! Just needs a little patchwork and some sanding.....maybe......or how about just rip it out and start over!
- Here is what most of the yard looked like before cleanup!
- Another storage closet that had a family of rats in it! They've since moved out!
I have more "before" pictures, but you'll have to see those in person.
- Here are some pictures of the progress that has been made.
- About 50 yards of dirt and debris have come out of the yard. Still not all out.
- The rat's home is no longer available for housing. You can see the right side of the house is partly gone. Bye, Bye!
More pics to come! Thanks for visiting!!! Love to you all!!!
Angie:)
