Oh my goodness!!! It has been forever since I last updated. I'm sure I will leave something out, but I will try to just give the basics. Denny had a great Father's day. A little emotional, considering the year and all. His Mom and Dad surprised him with a BBQ. He's has already used it a ton. I went back to work on July 1st. I started with 20 hours and I've been working up to 40 hours. For the last month I've been at 32 hours and this last week was my first 40 hour week. Not my favorite, but I'm so thankful that I have a job to go to and it is a good one. Denny spent the summer working at a hotel. The pay was good and the work was steady. It has helped up clean up a lot of debt from the last year. We still have a ways to go, but we feel like our head is out of the water. Praise God! Work has slowed down for Denny, so please pray for God's provision through the normal slow season and now a struggling economy.
Keeley is excelling very well. At her 9 month appointment, the Doctors took her off the preemie chart and said that she had caught herself up! Now she is just a normal 9 month old. We were very excited to get such great news. She will be 11 months in 7 days. We plan on having her bday party next month. I'm starting to plan a little. I'm excited for her. She is immitating sounds, sometimes waves, talks a lot of babble, is very independent, likes to play by herself, but is very curious and happy to play with other kids.
We went to the beach a couple of weeks ago. She is still too young to take all that in, but it was great to put her in a different environment and see how she would do. She did great!!!
We love being Keeley's parents. We are so thankful that God brought her to us.
