Better than new!!

This week, Denny fixed all of the dry rot. Fixed the floor and walls, leveled and widened the driveway and spread bark mulch to keep the mud down. This house is now square, plumb and level! Pretty good candidate for a great remodel. We finished hauling the dirt for a total of over 200 yards. Didn't see that one coming!!! We've also hauled in 45 yards of gravel. Our lot is ready to build!!!! Yeah!!!!!

We've updated the plumbing, engineered our heating and cooling systems, buried our natural gas conduit and now have portable bathroom facilities.





Our storage container comes tuesday. We start forming our footings monday. Inspections to follow. We will remove the shed this week.
McKenzie came by and cut fur strips after a hard day at his job. Thanks Mac!!!
